Forward Procurement Notice - Dedicated Flexible Wet Lease Jets

Brief
The Queensland Government acting through the Queensland Police Service (QPS), intends to release an Invitation to Offer (ITO) to the Open Market in late August 2025 via VendorPanel for the provision of dedicated Brisbane based flexible wet lease jet services to provide aviation support for, at a minimum, the following time critical services: Specialist Response Group (SRG) operations; Counter Terrorism response; Donate Life organ retrieval; Priority operational deployments (civil unrest, Ethical Standards Command etc.); and Governor, Premier, Ministerial and other dignitary transport. Further information, including detailed specifications and response requirements, will be provided in the ITO documentation.
