Brief

The Customer is seeking to engage with the market to gather information about external Suppliers’ capability of delivering bed arrangements to enhance the continuum of care for patients who require care, who cannot be discharged due to social, medical or placement complexities, to improve patient flow within MNHHS. This Invitation may be the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process. Suppliers are invited by Metro North Health (the Customer) to submit a response to deliver varied levels of clinical, nursing, hotel services, and support services, tailored to the needs of the patient, under the guidance of the care plan provided by the Customer while complying with all laws, rules regulations, policies and procedures applicable as required or necessary for the performance of the Service.
