Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the delivery of a Shade Structure, tiered seating and landscaping located at 148 Goldmine Road, Ormeau Queensland 4208. The works are to be carried out under a Medium Works with Design Responsibility contract. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000 Submissions close on 02/09/2025 at 2:00pm via email to [email protected] Site visit details: Details of the mandatory site inspection shall be advised in the Tender Documents.
