Brief
The Department of Transport and Main Roads’ (TMR) Rail Division requires the services of a specialist consultant to develop a Network Integration Blueprint and roadmap for embedding into the organisation to ensure projects and programs deliver agreed rail network outcomes, building confidence in the success of the rail portfolio as a whole. It is anticipated that the diagnostic and resulting framework, tailored to the TMR context, will be delivered within three (3) months. Indicative milestones and dates are as follows: Current state assessment and problem identification – Month 1 Draft solution framework – Month 2-3 Implementation roadmap – Month 3 Refer Attachment 1 - Project Brief.
