The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of Science Blocks V and F at Rochedale State High School, 249 Priestdale Road, Rochedale, QLD 4123. Tender submissions will be accepted from eligible contractors that satisfy the PQC requirements of this project (include this if relevant). Tender documentation is available by contacting Ridgemill Pty Ltd at [email protected] Submissions close on Tuesday, 2nd September 2025 at 2:00pm via email at [email protected]. Mandatory Site Visit Details: Thursday, 14th August 2025 at 10:30am at Rochedale State High School. Contractors are requested to sign in at the Administration Building at Rochedale State High School. A representative from Ridgemill Pty Ltd will meet contractors at the Administration Building.
