The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Front entry bus shelter structure. The scope includes a new concrete slab with drainage pits, terraced stairs, fencing, artificial turf, and associated electrical works at Upper Coomera SC, located at 137 Reserve Rd, Upper Coomera QLD 4209, as part of the Direct (DIRECT) program. All works are to be completed by January 2025. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1mil.
