Flagstone State School - Block T Infill (Eligible PQC Contractors)

Brief

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of Block T Infill located at Flagstone State School, located at 1-45 Poinciana Drive, Flagstone QLD 4280, as part of the Capital Works program. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with active PQC registration. Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for the categories which the tender is invited. The scope comprises construction of 6 no. new Learning Areas and 1 no. Teachers Prep room within the existing Undercroft of T Block and separate construction of a new hard roof shade structure. The works areas are located centrally in the school grounds. Classes on the First Floor in T Block will remain operational during term. All works are to be complete by 9 January 2026.
