Data Centre Infrastructure and Witness Site Expression of Interest (EOI)

Brief

Queensland Rail is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified and experienced providers to inform the planning and potential future procurement of data centre infrastructure and/or services. This EOI seeks to understand market capability, innovation, and potential delivery models that align with our strategic objectives. This EOI is not a tender for works. However, Queensland Rail intends to prepare a shortlist from respondents to this EOI and invite those respondents to submit written tenders. Tenderers who wish to access the tender documents, must have an SAP Ariba network account and register the account to do business with Queensland Rail to enable visibility of your Ariba project. To register, please refer to the Ariba Registration of Company Profile guide. You must then register interest by emailing the Contact Officer ([email protected]) providing the following details: Name of Tendering Organisation Ariba Network ID (ANID) ABN Name of Tender Representative Email address of Tender Representative Phone number Queensland Rail will only accept responses submitted via the Ariba Sourcing System. For this tender (QRP-25-39), the information uploaded on Vendor Panel is not all the Tender information, however it is enough information for interested tenderers to determine whether the scope of works is suitable for their company profile. If a company is interested, please follow the above-mentioned steps. Ariba Sourcing, Queensland Rail's tendering system, is the only tendering tool that Tenderers must use to submit their responses. Queensland Rail will not accept any physical responses or responses via the Vendor Panel website. Refer to the attached document Ariba Guide for Suppliers for instructions on how to navigate Ariba Sourcing (once your interest has been registered).
