The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Sensory Garden & Outdoor Learning Area at Woodridge SHS, located at 323 Wembley Road, Logan Central QLD 4114, as part of School Direct program. The scope of works comprises of the demolition of existing concrete pathways, structures and garden beds. In addition to new landscaping works, coloured concrete pathways, deco granite, sandstone blocks, paving, garden beds, mulch areas, fencing, batten screening and seating and a new shade structure. All works are to be completed by January 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00 QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance (Delete if Not Required) It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
