CN-23951 Project Controls Advisor - Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail Project

Brief

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), Rail Division is inviting offers for CN-23951 – for the provision of Project Controls Advisory services (also known as Schedule Management Services) for the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail Project, under the Terms and Conditions of Consultants of Engineering Practice (CFEP) framework. This engagement is for a period of approximately 2 years (with options to extend) to establish the integrated project schedules for the project scope that includes: approximately 20kms of track duplication between Kuraby and Beenleigh stations(maintaining a live two track railway during construction) seven station upgrades and two station relocations (Loganlea station relocation captured under the Loganlea Station Relocation (LSR) project), including platform straightening, and new pedestrian bridges five level crossing removals including rail over road, grade separations and full closures. park 'n' ride upgrades upgraded cattle siding at Holmview active transport corridor substantial interfaces with the ETCS L2 from Moorooka to Varsity Lakes interfaces to other strategic projects. This procurement process may be used to fill other planner/scheduling roles within the Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office (RIDO) program if suitable candidates are identified.
