Summary of the Opportunity: The University of Queensland (UQ) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the supply of high-end photography and videography services that will effectively promote the UQ brand to a diverse audience. UQ are looking to partner with Suppliers that have proven experience, a passion for creativity, an eye for detail and the ability to work seamlessly with our teams. We are interested in receiving an EOI from specialist photographers to large scale video production agencies and everything in between. Successful Suppliers to this EOI will be included on a UQ pre-approved photography and videography services supplier list. Suppliers are advised that being listed as a pre-approved supplier is not a guarantee of work or contracts being offered. Location: Photography and videography services are required across all four of UQ’s campuses – St Lucia, Gatton, Dutton Park and Herston – and other locations in the Brisbane area as required. Background: This activity is for re-newel of the current pre-approved photography and videography services supplier list. About UQ: UQ is one of Australia’s leading teaching and research universities. For more than a century, UQ has educated and worked with outstanding people to deliver knowledge leadership for a better world. Please note: All submissions must be made via UQProcure (link provided in the Alternate Response Details section). The EOI will be available in UQProcure from 9 July 2025. Once live, suppliers must register in UQProcure via the link provided to access the EOI details and documents, and to submit a response. All questions / clarifications must be submitted through the Q&A function in UQProcure. To do this, please go to the ‘Tools’ menu on the left-hand side of the UQProcure portal (available once registered). Questions submitted outside of UQProcure may not be responded to. The deadline for submitting clarifications via UQprocure is: 30 July 2025, 3:00PM (AEST). Closing Date and Time for Responses: 6 August 2025, 3:00PM (AEST).
