QED 5221 Coorparoo SS - Block C Refurbishment (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of Block C Refurbishment located at Coorparoo SS, located at 27 Old Cleveland Road, Coorparoo, QLD, Australia, 4151, as part of the Prioritised Nominated Project (PNP) program. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2 Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited. The existing building is two levels and contains 10 Classrooms, plus amenities and storeroom. The position of the building is off Cavendish Road on the side of the school with street access and working space under building. All works are to be completed by January 2026.
