Brief
It is proposed that a procurement process be undertaken for the delivery and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) for Office of Industrial Relations (OIR). This will enable delivery of high-quality training and monitoring of mandatory training objectives and professional development outcomes for OIR stakeholders and staff. The Objectives of the project includes: identification and procurement of an LMS product that fulfills business requirements and delivers the required business capabilities; system integration and automation of business processes and data flows (where practical within the OIR environment); build and configuration of the solution in test and production environments; solution testing (quality assurance and user acceptance). The ICT Products and Services required will cover the following requirements may include: As A Service - Subscription to SaaS components required to build and host the system Licenced Software - Licensed Software for the software components (if required) Managed Services - Support and maintenance of the hosted solution (if required) Professional Services - Including Implementation, development and training services as required.
