QUT Request for Offer Building Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Mtce Services

Brief

Queensland University of Technology are looking to invite qualified and experienced Contractors to submit tender responses for the provision of building heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance services undertaken at the University. The contract is scheduled to commence from November 2025. The majority of contract activities will take place at QUT’s Garden’s Point Campus and Kelvin Grove Campus, with lesser works required at a small number of off-campus Brisbane sites. The combines Gross Floor Area (GFA)m2 of QUT's facilities is in excess of 400,000m2 The services to be provided under this maintenance services Contract shall comprise two (2) components; those being the provision of routine/ preventive maintenance services and the provision of ad hoc/ corrective maintenance services. Note: There is a mandatory requirement for interested vendors to attend a site briefing on Tuesday 8th July (details in tender documentation).
