TMU Mudgeeraba Water Treatment Plant Package 1 - Expression of Interest

Brief

Seqwater is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced contractor to carry out design and construct (D&C) works for the Mudgeeraba (TMU) Water Treatment Plant (WTP) on the Gold Coast. The Scope of Works (SOW) includes electrical, mechanical, and construction tasks and consists of five (5) projects to be delivered as Separable Portions. All five (5) Separable Portions will have the same completion date of 13 February 2029. Each project focuses on the renewal and remediation of assets at the TMU WTP, addressing concerns such as asset condition, operability, electrical safety risks, and arc flash hazards. The work included in this package will ensure the TMU WTP continues to meet current and future water supply demands while operating safely and reliably. The D&C services will involve conducting investigations, reviews, option analysis, assessments, calculations, reviews of specifications, and drawings (both site-specific and typical), along with the construction or installation work and necessary certifications for each asset type. Please note that the appendices referenced in the SOW will be released as part of the RFT.
