Brief
The State of Queensland as represented by the Department of Local Government, Water and Volunteers seeks offers from suitably qualified engineering entities to perform the entire design process and deliver Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, specification documents and project management documents for both the CASC WTP Upgrade. The Detailed design needs to Identify and consider the Critical Control Points within the Process and Recommend the Target, Alert and Critical limits that meets the Council requirements. The current Council Drinking Water Quality management plan is to be taken into consideration for the Detailed Design.
