QED 5206 Minden SS - Amenities (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of the new amenities building, demolition of existing amenities building and upgrade of existing septic tank system at Minden SS, located at 1032 Lowood Minden Rd, Minden QLD 4311, as part of the Repair & Replacement (R&R) (R&R) program. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2. Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited. The new building is a single-storey structure and includes the following facilities: a girls’ toilet (5 cubicles), a boys’ toilet (5 cubicles), an accessible bathroom, a female staff toilet (3 cubicles), a male staff toilet (1 cubicle), a cleaners’ room, and a storeroom. All internal areas are enclosed by a covered walkway. The building is situated between two existing school buildings and lies to the south of the current amenities.
