Principal Contract - please request tender documents from Jace Hogendoom at Edge PM on [email protected] The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for delivery a F Block Playground Upgrade at Goodna State School. The tender includes the Design and Construct of an existing playground including refurbishment and extension of playground equipment and Softfall, removal of existing Poinciana trees and supply and install of new shade sails. Works under the contract will also include landscaping refurbishment of a section in front of the student amenities. This tender is for a principal contractor to take on the entire scope of works which also includes the design responsibility for all works. The contractor must possess the appropriate licencing and insurances, as listed below, to perform the D&C works. Proof of licenses and insurance must be provided upon request.
