Economic development Queensland (EDQ) are seeking to engage an ongoing Property and Facilities Management contractor (PFM contractor) for delivery of the following services at Northshore Brisbane: Property Management including management of commercial, community and activation tenancies, leasing and venue management, and Facilities Management including onsite landscaping, maintenance, waste, cleaning and amenities. The proposed procurement timeframe for establishment of this engagement leads to formal appointment of a successful PFM contractor in September 2025. This period will allow sufficient time for any required handover and transition. The term of the engagement will be October 2025 to October 2029 (4 years) which aligns with the majority of leases within the riverfront precinct of Northshore.
