Cleveland District SHS – Auditorium

Brief

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new Auditorium Building at Cleveland District SHS, located at Russell Street, Cleveland Qld 4163. The new building is to be situated on a vacant field adjacent the schools main campus and comprises and Auditorium style hall space with ancillary facilities such as storerooms, amenities, a kitchenette and entry foyers. Services infrastructure upgrades are also required to facilitate the new building works. The proposed position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access. All works are to be completed by end of June 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that satisfy PQC requirements with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works. Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligible contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
