Redland District Special School - Refurbishment of Classrooms

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the Panorama Precinct Building located at Thornlands State School, Cnr Panorama Drive and South Street, Thornlands, QLD 4164, for occupation by Redland District Special School. Tender submissions will be accepted from eligible contractors that satisfy the PQC requirements of this project (include this if relevant). Tender documentation is available by contacting Ridgemill Pty Ltd at [email protected] Submissions close on Tuesday, 1st July 2025 at 2:00pm via email at [email protected]. Mandatory Site Visit Details: Friday, 13th June 2025 at 10:30am at Thornlands State School. Contractors are requested to sign in at the Administration Building at Thornlands State School.
