The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of an Administration Refurbishment & New Entry and Amenities Refurbishment at Pacific Pines State High School, 15 Archipelago Street, Pacific Pines QLD 4211, as part of the School Direct program. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2 with certifier 3rd Party Quality Assurance and QBCC Builder’s Licence to undertake the full scope of works. Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited. The scope of works include but is not limited to: - The demolititon of the existing school entry and bus shelter structure, including but not limited to all associated fencing, concrete slabs, footings, etc. Construction of new modular entry structure, screening and school logo frame. Internal alterations to existing administration block including but not limited to new layout, internal finishes, joinery, upgrades to existing services, etc. Refurbishment of the existing staff and canteen amenities. Refer to tender issue folder 2.0 – Drawings and Specification for details. All works are to be completed by December 2025. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
