Brief

Georges River Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the construction of a new amenities’ facility and associated works at The Green Reserve, Kyle Bay. (Including the Demolition) The project is associated with the construction of a new sporting and public amenities and will require coordination of multiple trades, services, engineers, and authorities to ensure the works can be carried out effectively. This includes, but is not limited to, location and isolation of existing services, temporary facility (public amenities), authority approvals, demolition of the existing infrastructure, excavation of the existing embankment, construction of the new building, and associated works as outlined in the supporting documentation.
