ITT2561 Brightwater Landscape Maintenance Services

Brief

Tenders are invited for the provision of landscape maintenance services for the Brightwater Estate. All maintenance activities must be undertaken in a holistic and proactive manner, with the objective of consistently achieving and maintaining a high standard of horticultural performance, landscape health, amenity, and overall presentation throughout the estate. The full scope of works for each service type must be delivered at the frequencies specified in the Specification, as a minimum requirement. The Contractor shall ensure that all services are performed to a standard that promotes the long-term sustainability, safety, appearance, and functionality of the landscape assets within the estate.
