ITT2567 Construction of Fishway 2 - Petrie Creek Nambour

Brief

Tenders are invited for the construction of a bespoke rock and concrete lined fishway within Petrie Creek, immediately downstream of the Old Mill Weir, Nambour. Works include concrete modifications to the existing weir and construction of the fish passageway. The Contractor will be required to provide all materials (other than noted below), plant and labour to perform all necessary operations of whatever kind, to ensure delivery of the scope of works associated with this Contract. Wall rock and Ridge rock will be provided by Council from Dulong Quarry at no cost to the successful contractor however the contractor must give minimum 48hrs notice when required. Technical oversight and onsite support will be provided by fish passage specialists on behalf of Council, including boulder selection and approval of graded mixes, boulder placement and concrete lining of fishway.
