Brief
Tenders are invited for the supply, installation, testing and certification of the Cell 6 and Cell 7 Sidewall Liner System for the Nambour Landfill Expansion Project located at 18 Cooney Road, Bli Bli. This contract is limited to the supply and installation of the geosynthetic liner components (HDPE geomembrane and protection geotextile) for Cell 6 Sidewall Liner Lifts 2 and 3 and Cell 7 baseliner and piggyback lift 1. Council will be completing the civil construction and liner surface elements to the liner receiving surface specified levels and tolerances. This is a lump sum contract. It is anticipated that the liner material installation will commence on 1 December 2026, with an anticipated practical completion 30 June 2027.
