2026/37 Young Street, Kew - drainage improvement works

Brief

The City of Boroondara (Council) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT) and its attachments. Drainage upgrade works at Young Street, Kew. Works included but not limited to the following: - Drainage works - Supply and implementation of Traffic Management Plan (TMP) - Supply of Flood Management Plan (FMP) - Supply of Environmental Management Plan (EMP) - Removal of tree under Council’s Arborist’ supervision - Temporary relocation of existing gas and water for new pit installation (subject to approval by relevant authority) - including all materials and labour - Coordination with local residents for access and safety, particularly the properties abutting the site - Protection of private properties - Coordination with authorities such as Melbourne Water, Yarra Valley Water and Parks Victoria to...
