Psychological First Aid - Online Course Delivery

Brief
Bundaberg Regional Council's (Council) Disaster Management division is seeking a delivery partner in making a suitable Psychological First Aid course available to communities within the Bundaberg local government area (LGA) via an online mode of delivery. This course will be self-paced, allowing participants to complete the course in their own time and must be aligned with the utilisation of these skills in the context of bushfire and other disasters. The availability of a First Nations adapted Psychological First Aid course will be viewed favourably and delivery of this adapted course in-person is desired. It is intended that the service be available and operational by the end of July 2026 (earlier if possible), with an initial purchase of one hundred (100) participant places to gauge uptake.
