Norfolk Island Regional Council (Council) is seeking Tender Responses from suitably qualified and experienced Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver IT managed services. Council is seeking a provider with proven capability not only to ensure reliable, secure and scalable IT operations, but also to establish a collaborative partnership that supports Council's ongoing journey towards greater digital maturity. The selected provider will be responsible for the management, maintenance and continual improvement of Council's IT environment, including end-user computing, servers and cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, line-of-business applications, networks, and cyber security. The MSP will be expected to deliver proactive monitoring, responsive technical support and strategic advice that enhances service performance, mitigates risk and optimises technology investments.
