Brief

Ipswich City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitable community organisations to manage and activate the former Tallegalla School for heritage or historical or cultural purposes. The Trustee Lease will be offered for a minimum term of five (5) years, with the potential to extend up to twenty (20) years. The final lease duration will be determined based on the strength and depth of the business plan submitted as part of the Expression of Interest. The former Tallegalla School is located at 2 Tallegalla Two Tree Hill Road, Tallegalla and described as Lot 557 on CC3651 on SP248764.
