The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Block I&P Refurbishment at Murrumba SSC, located at 201/207 Goodfellows Road, Murrumba Downs QLD 4503, as part of the Prioritised Nominated Project (PNP) program. The scope of works includes enclosing the I&P block outdoor areas, new floor coverings, ceilings, electrical works, access doors, walkways, internal painting windows, new operable walls and metal works. Works to be completed by October 2026.
