Circuit Breaker Expression of Interest

Brief

The Customer (being the State of Queensland, acting through the Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support) is seeking offers via an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the delivery of the Queensland Governments Circuit Breaker initiative. Circuit Breaker is a court-ordered, intensive, rehabilitative program, designed to break the cycle of offending in youths on a trajectory toward detention. Offers are being sought to identify suitable facilities and Suppliers with the capability to deliver Circuit Breaker programs in North Queensland or South Queensland (or both locations) for four years. The Customer is especially interested in innovative responses that demonstrate capacity to meet the program’s objectives. This includes identifying a suitable location with facilities that are operationally ready, or that can be operationalised in accordance with the proposed implementation timeline.
