Logan City Council is seeking experienced and qualified operator(s) to manage food and beverage services across the following separable portions: • Separable Portion 1 – Logan Entertainment Centre • Separable Portion 2 – Limelight Café • Separable Portion 3 – Basement Café The successful Contractor(s) will be responsible for the delivery of food and beverage services in accordance with the relevant specification for each portion, including service delivery, staffing, compliance, and ongoing performance management.
