T2026-08 Provision of Maintenance of Fire Protection Equipment

Brief

Council is seeking to engage a licensed contractor or contractors to carry out work on Fire Protection Equipment in a variety of buildings and facilities throughout the Cessnock Local Government area for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029 with two extensions of twelve months with satisfactory performance. Council controls a variety of buildings and facilities throughout its Local Government area and is seeking to engage a suitably qualified licensed contractor to carry out work on Fire Protection Equipment in these buildings. A single contractor will be engaged to carry out the specific programmed maintenance work in accordance with the required standards. Any additional buildings requiring servicing during the contract term will be advised to the Contractor.
