The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of a Science Lab (Block E Room 15) located at Pimlico State High School, 55-77 Fulham Road, Pimlico, QLD 4812. Please contact Sam Thomson (Project Manager) on [email protected] with your company details and tender documentation will be emailed to contractors. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email to tenderers. Pimlico State School has an existing Science Lab Classroom which requires full refurbishment. The works include, but are not limited to; 1. Demolition works 2. Refurbishment works including a. Service, make good, or replace windows and doors b. Replace flooring c. Patch and paint walls and ceilings d. New bench/joinery items e. Upgrade fumes cupboard f. Safety fixtures such as eye wash shower and chemicals basins g. Associated plumbing and drainage works 3.
