We are starting a new flood study in the Cambridge Park and Jordan Springs area. We have decided to do the community consultation from 20 July 2026 to 17 August 2026. TOTAL LETTERS = 7,841 Each letter will contain the following: o 1 page cover letter on Council’s letter head shell, double sided printing, colour, A4. o 3pp A4 factsheet – to be printed in colour, double sided printing, A3 folded to DL. 90gsm bond o 4pp A4 questionnaire – to be printed in colour, double sided printing, A3 folded to DL. 90gsm bond o Word documents and addresses in Excel will be supplied once they are finalised (ready for mail merge). o DL Prepaid return envelope, single sided black print. o DLX Window Faced Envelope, double sided colour o Postal Date : 20 July on to Councils AusPost account o Draft documents attached for reference
