Brief

The Shire of Ashburton (Principal) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Construction Contractors to enter into a Design and Construct (D&C) contract for the delivery of a grouped staff housing development at Lot 501 Poinsettia Street, Tom Price, Western Australia. The scope of works includes the completion of detailed design, coordination, certification, fabrication, delivery, and construction of four residential accommodation units including all associated services, external works and infrastructure required to deliver a complete and operational grouped housing development. Various preliminary site investigations have been completed and are included in this Request. A full disclosure of the required services and work under the Contract is described in this Request for Tender and attachments.
