FNQROC Regional Sewer Relining Program 2026/2027

Brief

FNQROC, on behalf of each of the participating councils, invites tenders from suitably qualified contractor(s) to supply and deliver sewer relining works, and/or manhole condition assessment, and/or manhole refurbishment across the region. The participating councils are: • Cairns Regional Council • Cassowary Coast Regional Council • Tablelands Regional Council With an option to include other FNQROC member councils. Whilst tender is sought on the basis of the aggregation of all the councils’ requirements, a separate contract will be formed between the successful tenderer and each council which will be substantially same form as the example provided within this Request for Tender (as amended by agreement between the parties) in Part 4.
