Brief
Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver the supply (hire only), installation and dismantling of Christmas decorations and lighting across various locations within the Woollahra LGA including Council Chambers and multiple sites in Double Bay, Paddington, Woollahra, Rose Bay, Vaucluse, Watsons Bay and Bellevue Hill. The contract spans for four consecutive Christmas seasons (2026/2027, 2027/2028, 2028/2029 and 2029/2030), with the objective of delivering high-quality, cohesive and visually appealing festive displays in accordance with Council’s specifications. All interested tenderers will be required to register on www.vendorpanel.com.au prior to downloading the tender documents. Tender submissions must be uploaded on Vendor Panel by 3:00pm on Friday, 10 July 2026.
