RFT 16.26 Air Conditioner Routine Maintenance and Servicing

Brief

The Shire of Ashburton seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide air conditioner routine maintenance and servicing to facilities and housing across the Shire of Ashburton in Tom Price, Paraburdoo and Onslow on a quarterly, bi-annual and annual basis. All works are to be completed in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and specifications. Australian Standards should be used whenever appropriate. All specifications on air conditioner makes and models, including the locations of facilities and houses that require servicing is listed in attachments 1, 2 and 3. All routine servicing and reactive servicing shall comply with the current relevant Australian Standards, applicable Codes of Practice, manufacturer’s recommendations and any applicable federal or state legislation and the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
