Brief

Rockhampton Regional Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the delivery of Stage 1 of the Rockhampton Sports Precinct, a landmark multi staged recreation and sporting development intended to serve the region’s growing sporting community and strengthen its capacity to host training, competition, and sporting events. Stage 1 comprises the establishment of the new Home of Netball, featuring the construction of 16 asphalt acrylic surface netball courts, each designed and lit to competition standards to support training, community sport, and high level competitive fixtures. The project also includes a modern clubhouse, public amenities, and a master planned playground, ensuring the precinct provides not only a high performance sporting environment but also a welcoming, family friendly community space.
