Brief

The library is seeking offers for the supply of an App. The App should be modern in appearance and functionality and provide end-users with highly functional and seamless access to the library catalogue, their library accounts, and the full range of information on other services offered by the library. End-user acceptance and uptake is critical, and the App should be intuitive, easily navigable, and require minimal staff assistance in customer install and use. Backend management of the App should also be intuitive and easily accessible by the library’s electronic services team. The App must be robust, outages rare and vendor support characterised by timely response and resolution. The ongoing addition of new and innovative features that provide customers with an enhanced user experience will also form a key part of the App’s appeal.
