Brief

Council controls a variety of buildings and facilities throughout its Local Government area and is seeking to engage a licensed contractor to carry out work on Air Conditioning systems in these buildings as described below. 1. Specific programmed maintenance 2. Specific programmed maintenance – Large Commercial Systems 3. Reactive Maintenance 4. New Installations at various sites. Pricing and allocated time to carry out programmed maintenance per facility must be realistic. There will be no allowance for travel time or meal breaks. Council intends to appoint a single contractor for categories 1 to 3, however Council reserves the right to select a second contractor to carry out works for any specific category 1-3 depending on the results of the tender evaluation.
