Tenders are invited for the lease of a single storey property located at the rear of 11 Millwell Road East, Maroochydore (Lease Area B). The whole of the site is zoned Principal Centre in the Maroochydore/Kuluin local plan area. The current layout has been purpose built for use as a Childcare Centre facility, but Council is open to rental proposals from parties outside the childcare industry. Part of the property, being approximately 2112m2 (subject to survey), is offered for lease. The other building, located at the front of the land, is leased and is operated as the Millwell Road Community Centre. The property is in a ready state for occupancy and is available to lease with a maximum term up to 10 years.
