Brief

Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake refurbishment and repair works to existing pool slide assets. The works are required to restore the slides to a safe, functional, and compliant condition and will include comprehensive surface preparation, repair of damaged or deteriorated sections, and the application of a protective coating system. The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, plant, equipment, and supervision necessary to undertake refurbishment and repair works to the pool slide assets. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Undertake a detailed inspection of the slide surfaces to identify areas of damage, coating failure, cracking, or deterioration. • Carry out mechanical surface preparation of damaged sections to remove all loose, flaking, or degraded coatings and achieve a suitable surface profile equivalent to approximately 60-grit sanding. • Repair all id...
