SSROC Shotcrete Stabilisation and Associated Services

Brief

SSROC, in collaboration with Participating Councils, is establishing a new Standing Agreement for the provision of shotcrete, stabilisation and associated services, including specialist enabling works and specialist wet hire, for assets managed by SSROC Member Councils. The Preferred Supplier(s) must demonstrate the capacity and capability to deliver specialist stabilisation works across a range of environments, including high-risk and emergency scenarios, and where required, provide specialist plant and operator services directly associated with stabilisation activities. The establishment of a pre-qualified regional Panel provides Member Councils with a compliant, risk-managed procurement mechanism to access appropriately qualified contractors for emergency, reactive and programmed maintenance works, where required, in a manner that aligns with each Council’s asset management objectives and governance responsibilities for these high-risk assets.
