Provision of Under Road Boring

Brief

Council is seeking the services of qualified contractors to perform horizontal directional drilling services across both capital and maintenance projects. Conduits, envelopers and pipes typically range in size from 63mm to 630mm, as detailed in the schedule of rates. The Contractor shall supply all labour, machinery, construction plant and ancillary equipment required for the satisfactory completion of the works. Inclusions: Site preparation required for construction activities, including the installation of water quality mitigation measures and preparation of site entry and exit points. All mobilisation, site preparation, drilling, reaming, pipe installation, polyethylene butt fusion welding, material disposal and site restoration, as described, including all repair, maintenance, clean up and reinstatement of drilling and pullback sites at the approved locations and within the established limits of work.
