INTRODUCTION Mackay Regional Council (the Principal) invites Tenders from suitably qualified Tenderers for the execution and completion of the Works known as: Stone Drive, Shoal Point DN450 Trunk Sewer Gravity Main Replacement Contract No. MRC-2026-COCC-000095 The Works comprise the replacement of sections of the DN450 trunk sewer gravity main and associated sewerage and civil infrastructure, including construction of new gravity sewer mains and maintenance holes, modifications to existing infrastructure, temporary bypass pumping, decommissioning of redundant assets, reinstatement works, and associated activities, as described in detail in Part 5 – Scope.
