Beach Access Maintenance at Z10 Zilzie

LSC has temporarily closed Z10 Beach Access at 16 Amoria Avenue, Zilzie QLD 4710 to the public. LSC is currently seeking maintenance solutions to restore the stairs to a safe condition and reopen access as soon as possible, while also extending the lifespan of the structure. Contractors are requested to inspect the timber components of the access and: • Submit a detailed report outlining their findings • Propose a general methodology for the required maintenance works • Provide a detailed price based on the proposed methodology • Where applicable, provide more than one option, with a price for each • Include approximate timeframes for delivery of the proposed works
