Brief

Central Highlands Regional Council (Council) is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced service provider(s) to support the continued operation, management, administration and delivery of services at the Emerald Saleyards through the provision of operational, management, labour, consulting and administrative services. Council seeks a flexible and capable service arrangement that maintains safe, compliant and reliable operations while supporting operational continuity, governance uplift and future operating model readiness. The proposed Contract will commence on 15 August 2026 for an initial term of twelve (12) months, with two (2) optional extensions of three (3) months each, exercisable at Council’s sole discretion.
